  You have no idea how immensely these bowl sounds have helped me. Chakra blockage is real. I've been having tightness dryness in my throat, chest and diaphragm area since a week, after an intense emotional breakdown. This is indeed miraculous. I can't express enough gratitude for this.   This really works! .. Every morning and before bed i put this on .. My energy and my mood has certainly improved..i find my self more calm inside my head..i have ADHD and PTSD .. Thank God for those people making this available for others 💜

  I fell asleep about 25 minutes in. But I was hearing it in my dreams. I woke up this morning very chilled and in a positive state of mind. This week I have been extremely stressed to the point of tears.   Today is the first day of the rest of my life i dont know how i ended up here but my heart is crying ive been so numb to everything and everybody.. i watched my life deteriorate and didn&apos;t put up a fight because of depression and surrounded around low vibrational &nbsp;energies. I use to be so full of life and looked so healthy i drift of being that person again i wanna thank you 😢 with my whole existence you gave me ammo to fight after feeling defeated for so long god bless you and everyone else in here pray for me this gonna be an challenging new journey... peace love and happiness 💖❤️✌️✌️

  it&apos;s interesting that we use the same 7 notes Sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa, with the same sound of 7 different chakras, in Indian music, starting from C, same as the root chakra. I didn&apos;t know until I watched this video. They represent each energy chakra!...woww mind blowing to know this.
