  I think the restore destroyed unit question is to avoid people using Respawn on Swarmlings or Cocoon to remake the unit after it&apos;s dead.

  If they’re trying to make it like the video game, Protoss can not heal damage but they can regenerate shields. Which is why the best Protoss players cycle their units to keep low shielded units back to regenerate and full shield units at the front. Not unusual to see a Protoss unit with barely any health and a full shield because of this.

  The templates stuff was really helpful to me, notably that spillover doesn&apos;t apply keywords. &nbsp;Siege tanks would probably have been disgusting if you got precision and crit on spillover. &nbsp;As I read them the rules only say to exclude surge in spillover batches.<br> If morphing didn&apos;t grant VP you&apos;d be denying points any time you bracket your own unit.<br> Also shields are not at all intuitive. &nbsp;Shield values being permanent hp buffs that don&apos;t care about the &apos;Shielded&apos; status is purely game logic. &nbsp;I still like the mechanic, both for flavor and gameplay. &nbsp;Just weird. &nbsp;In my head the ability on the inevitable Shield Battery card will read &apos;Restore the active Shielded unit&apos;s health for up to it&apos;s original shield value.&apos;

  I can’t believe I wasn’t subbed after watching your how to play video. This is clearly the place to be for quality and in-depth SCTMG content. Sure, you just read out the FAQ but I can you’re a rules nerd.
