  I like how this Au kinda ties into mine. I feel as if Doctor Harlow has favoritism towards Head Nurse, and because she has been working there the longest she’s aware of what been happening. She probably would be aware of Doctor Harlow’s experiments (Intern and Rattina) and maybe even took part. Not that she’s evil but because she felt as if she needed to, maybe he convinced her it was for the better… but it always felt off to her. Maybe she’s even an anomaly herself and doesn’t know it, cause why wouldn’t the doctor (who’s an anomaly) make his favorite one too?<br>But that’s just me lolz

  I thought the part where Dr. Harlow acted menacingly—but only toward the secret agent—was really cool. It makes perfect sense for Dr. Harlow to dislike him, especially since the secret agent seems the most suspicious of him. Also, the moment where he praises the intern could imply either favoritism or a desire to push the secret agent out of the picture; at least, that’s how I interpreted it, and it was my favorite part 😋😋😋😋
