  Ti vy you can not look up in the sky if you are dizzy. The sun make you more dizzy and you will fell.   Sit and rest if you are dizzy.

Then eat until you’re completely full, in your case since you pass out a lot unfortunately you have to be extremely careful far more than other folks. I’m sorry I think you’ll find you’ll feel way better and I don’t think the sun will bother you nearly as much by going out super early in the morning when it’s way cooler outside., they say around 5 to 7 AM is a good time, 10 am to 2pm the worst time to be outside

  Gracias tri eres un hermoso chico con un corazón lleno de bondad gracias por cuidad a vi ella quiere trabajar pero está muy débil todavía tiene que cuidar su salud y reposar hasta que se sienta fuerte y cuando salga tiene que ser muy temprano antes de que el sol esté tan fuerte y siempre llenar agua o algo para comer por qué caminan mucho para cosechar primero dios y tú ayuda se recupera pronto dios los bendiga hermosa pareja

  Good morning Vy i hope you’re feeling better today as i see in the video please listen to Chi when you’re going out eat breakfast and drink plenty of water and also take your hat with you but most of all please listen to chi because he loves you and would do anything to make sure that you stay healthy and stop telling him not to be worried about you he has so much love for you he drops whatever he is doing don’t matter what it is and comes to your rescue so please stop saying those things to him you can go and work with him at his company like he always tell you your health is very important to him and to yourself chi is a good man don’t doubt his love and affection for you stay strong I enjoyed the video today ❤vy ❤chi be safe.
