The commentary line "You know you've had fish and chips and your opponent hasn't had any so you're kinda okay with the situation" had me confused for way too long until I realised they were saying "fishing ships".
I was trying to figure out how dinner affected performance.
Don't do drugs, kids.

Haven't watched more than half the games yet, but as good as Hera is, I'm glad there's still a few players out there that can make him sweat.

I have been playing AOE series since my 8 years. Now I am 31. And I wanna say, this was the first e-sport tournament I have watched entirely, and it was worth the time. WELL DESERVED victory. I love Hera, he is a great person, great player ... and I like him cause he plays this sort of nostalgic masterpiece of PC gaming history.

The craziest part is, Hera’s dominance the last few years has actually brought the rest of the Top Players to an even higher level. The whole top player community is playing better than ever!

I'm only new to AOE2, or even RTS's in general, but I gotta say this seems like the healthiest live sport environment i've ever seen, E-sport or otherwise. The crowd is super engaged yet bipartisan and good-natured, the commentators are invested, attentive and seem very much like fans themselves, and all the top competitors show good sportsmanship and humility. Such a joy to watch
