  I definitely noticed this in quickplay: so many accounts with around 200 kills play with perfect game knowledge, impeccable aim and excelent awareness as if they were playing since season 1 (and they probably were)

  I'm a 40 year old mom and my Finals group is almost entirely over 30, we need casual play to stay wacky and fun dangit

  I agree, I thought the amount of smurf would drop this season unfortunately its getting worse. I had a lot of fun learning the game with my friends but when u play for 2 hours a day only and 1.5 hours of those is just smurfs smurfs smurfs it gets tiring very fast. whats even more upsetting is there isn't even an option to report for smurfing so it makes us feel like dev just doesnt' care about people's experience when learning anyways
