Here's a no-brainer: when Baruchel is showing his girlfriend how the electric coils make music, instead of Superstition, why not have them play the composition Sorcerer's Apprentice? How awesome would that be?

A year before this movie came out, another movie came out called "The Vampire's Assistant". So I originally assumed these two movies were going to be the start of its own cinematic universe. For a while, I was waiting for another movie to come out with a name like "The Werewolf's Student" or "the Elf's Disciple".

10:20 Cut to 10 years later, where David has grown up into “Man Seeking Plot”, Jay Baruchel. A shame his voice didn’t grow up with him as it constantly sounds like 2 geese fighting over rye bread.

Don't pretend that Jack Black wouldn't make a great Bacchus. He would be perfect.
