My grandma used pPonds cold cream every night. Her skin when she died at 82 was so beautiful.

😊l am 61, Born in 1964, in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G88ffpuCF7w&t=1567">26:07</a> Italia,l used the White of egg, l made often used the stream as young. At the moment It was useful,but not every day...couprose Is the risk. Vaseline closes the skin and It Is Dangerous for delicate skin or acne... don't try girls😊 l use cold cream to wash and no water, like my grandma. 😊

I mix coarse salt with olive oil and use it as a foot scrub. Sometimes I add a few drops of tea tree oil. It's much cheaper and more effective than any exfoliant you can find in cosmetic stores.

When it comes to water temperature forth face, it depends on the skin type. For someone with oily skin they wouldn’t want to use cold water as it would make their skin even more oily.
