I was around the corner finishing up another job when I drove past this property and knew I couldn't just keep driving—I had to stop, knock on the door, and offer a complete free makeover. This is another government housing property, and the tenant genuinely needed a hand. The lady living here is a single mum raising two young children, and keeping up with the yard work was just getting too overwhelming. She was absolutely thrilled when I offered to help, though like everyone else I’ve asked so far, she requested to remain completely anonymous. Watching the space transform into a safe, beautiful area where the kids can finally play made every second worth it. She was so grateful for the hard work that she even surprised me with a sweet handwritten card and a box of Baileys Truffles, which were so delicious I highly recommend them! This episode was originally supposed to cover both the front and back yards, but the front was a massive job that took nearly 14 hours and 3 separate trips to the landfill.
