  Christmas in July (Halfmas) is totally a thing in Australia because it’s winter down here. We can enjoy traditional roasted things without sweating like we do at Christmas in our summer.

  My father actually collects the Wasgij jigsaws. The idea of them is that the picture that is on the box (the one you normally make) is of the people/characters &nbsp;reacting to a funny scene of chaos or an unexpected thing happening in front of them. The actual picture you make is of the scene they are reacting to. The main puzzles come in 500 and 2000 pieces, and the detail is amazingly small! They&apos;re hard....<br><br>It&apos;s an incredibly popular jigsaw brand that&apos;s been making these for years. Dad has over 100 of the 2000 size ones. The range now has variations/series Inc the classic, &apos;what happens next&apos; , Christmas specials. <br><br>Hope that sort of helps demystify this a bit. If anyone likes jigsaws and really puzzles things out from clues and has a lot of patience, Wasgij is something to try.

  Any kind of nut that is blended into a cream or and butter will separate and needs to be blended back together. The peanut butters in the store that don’t separate are because they are full of chemicals that keep them from separating. Any natural peanut butter or nut butters separate the oil from the cream… also chestnuts can be purchased online. You can roast them and eat or you can turn them into your own butter spreads.

  Oh, I saw a documentary about the lack of chestnuts in the USA a few Christmases ago. They were almost wiped out by a fungal infection, and so the few we have left are protected to give them a chance to repopulate.
