  Chris you are the king. The other Hi Fi channels, do not tell you, what you have told us, including do not have your expertise and experience. Most of these Hi Fi channels, tell you a lot of lies, because they sponsors! You are the real deal! We love you!

  I have the Yamaha CA-1010.  I enjoy soft classical music in Class A mode.  I got it brand new.  Still have the manual and receipt, though the box is gone after a moving a few times.  I love it.

  I got the AS-1200 recently and am very happy with it.  Just sparkling detail.  It took awhile to break in though and has opened up nicely now.  And I love looking at it even when it's not on 😁

  I own a CA2010 bought new from Back Door Stereo in Atlanta Ga in summer 1978. Along with that purchase, I bought the CT 810 tuner, a YPD6 TT with Infinity Quantum Jr speakers.<br>Honestly, the speakers didn&apos;t do the system justice due to the low damping factor of the 2010. Years later when I changed speakers out, it improved the system. <br><br>I bet I&apos;m the only one in the country that has a 2010 that is honestly in absolute pristine condition. The integrated amp does not have a scratch on it and I still have the original box with all the paper work and even ordered the schematic manual at the time of purchase.<br>I still use Scotts Liquid Gold on the cabinet about every 6 months or more since new. &nbsp;<br><br>I sent it out a few years ago and had it recapped and overhauled including the replacement of the speaker terminals in the back. If you know about this integrated amp, you know the terminals were crap. I haven&apos;t even plugged it in since I got it back. <br>Back in the day I did run it in class A mode for short periods of time and had a whisper fan always turned on over the grill even in normal mode. It was always the focal point of the room and never put in a cabinet. Back in the day it was my Pride and Joy!<br><br>I also own some pristine Marantz receivers, 2275, 2270 2252, 2252B. <br>I own a mint condition Sansui AU-20,000 and a AU-717. All of this is in an upstairs bonus room and kind of like a museum of vintage equipment along with a few vintage speakers from the day.<br><br>I used to swap the receivers out and listen to them and different speakers for a month or so and then swap them out again. <br>But the last time I even turned any of these on, I just left the AU-20000 in place. If you know what this is, then you know, and I don&apos;t have to explain it to you. LOL! <br><br>I guess it&apos;s a shame I never plugged in the CA2010 to even listen to it after I got it back. <br><br>Downstairs is my main system, McIntosh MA 9000 with B&amp;W 803 D3 Diamonds with a VPI TT and high-end digital equipment for listening to High-resolution music. I listen to that daily. <br><br>As a footnote, I sold the Yamaha CT810 tuner about 30+ plus years ago, but still have the Yamaha YDP6 TT. (In retrospect, I should have never sold the tuner).<br><br>David J
