  A very important motivational video - and made in such a lovely &amp; supportive way! ✨<br><br>I regularly forget Japanese words I thought I had learned and it&apos;s easy to get frustrated. So it&apos;s good to have this reminder that it&apos;s actually normal!<br>I also observed what you described - every time, remembering gets faster and being aware of that and realising that there actually is slow but steady progress is very motivating 😊<br><br>For me personally I also learned that it&apos;s easier for me to remember certain words or phrases if I connect them to something visual or something personal. More connections the brain can use to find what it needs 😁<br><br>Thank you as always for the well made, easy to follow and fun episodes🙏

  Hola Maria-san! Eso que explicas es muy importante en el aprendizaje de cualquier idioma y también la forma en la que funciona nuestro cerebro. No debemos saturarlo sino de darle información poco a poco y mantenerse constante para que lo que aprendimos permanezca bastante fresco y podamos usarlo cuando lo necesitemos. Un saludito y como siempre atento a un nuevo episodio 😊
