  Great motivational speech. The fact that they won is even more satisfying.<br><br>How awesome is it to see how they were all hunched over at the beginning and started to straighten up &nbsp;and stayed that way for (most of them) as soon as the coach started to walk through.

  I know it’s high school…Not a single f-bomb or curse word uttered. That speaks volumes on its own. &nbsp;Making your point without colorful metaphors hits even harder!

  We had a wonderful coach at my school, he got an award for most games won in the entire state, in his career, Thank you Coach Lach, for everything you did!!<br>This guy really cares, you can see it.

  I had a &quot;motivator&quot; coach in highschool. It was great, 4 years of undefeated championships. Nothing like a coach who could get you fired up with just his words. <br><br>He did transfer out (he was a science teacher) to become a principal of a division rival. My senior year was our second dtrongest year, we beat his new team 50-3. Our OC who became the HC pointed out how they didn&apos;t lie down like the rest of our opponents. The man&apos;s effects worked even in lockerroom where they were barely scraping enough players to have a team. All the respect in the world to that man. He was just a science teacher, but the man was a walking culture inside of the school and on the field.
