This video is old. I've been building myself for almost a year, we never separated, but it was over a year ago. We were both done. I took ownership, realized is lost myself and started rebuilding. Fast forward to today, it's not back to 100%, it didn't start getting better till i was 9 months into my changes, but we're more connected now than we've been in over a year and it's getting better by the day now it seems.

Great advice. Although, marriage is a life-long commitment, not a magical love story.. such a modern outlook on marriage. So many people ignore that it's a covenant made between man, woman and God, binding the two into one.

Take this video with the grain of salt I've been married for 20 years I did all the things this video said to do and my wife still left me took the kids and hasn't contacted me in 2 months so I don't know how useful this information is because you can do all of the right things and still end up being wrong just my thoughts
