Maybe the Flash was the friends we met then killed then brought back then killed then brought back then killed then brought back along the way

49:39 “The key to defeating this villain was waiting for a character from a canceled tv show to appear” is a weirdly weird common thing in the Flash show

Cecile acting like there are any stakes to missing her train to meet Joe when she’s friends with people who can literally teleport/move faster than the speed of light (inconsistently) is just hilarious

When this show boiled down the definitive Barry Allen storyline to ONE episode, I knew it was time to pack it up and never tune in again

 2:15:32
Oh my god, I’m in disbelief lol.

I’m the theatre employee Ross was talking about at the end of the video and I was sure that on that night I came across as weird and slightly rude with the way I approached him but to hear him saying it meant a lot to him is so amazing to hear, because when I approached him, I wanted to express in few words how long I had been watching his videos and how important they were to my growth as a film/tv enjoyer. I grew up watching so many tv/movie critics but Ross occupied a unique space where he felt the most relatable to me. His feelings toward the CW DC shows reflected my own enough for me to feel like I had a place to go to discuss them, even if it was a one way discuss.

Ross, if you’re reading this man, I’m incredibly touched and honestly honoured that I was able to have a positive effect on you like that. I’ve been watching your videos for nearly half my life now, which is wild to think about, and I’ve always enjoyed hearing your thoughts and opinions. I’m excited to see where you go from here and, just like you, I also felt a weird sting of bittersweet sadness when I watched the Flash finale. Almost made me mad that it did cuz I don’t think it was that good lol.

Best of luck with everything you do from here on out man🙏

why they didn't just have the entirety of S9 be focused on Eddie's return and setting up good character motivations and personal tragic conflicts between him and the other Team Flash members is just beyond me, there was such an opportunity to do an amazing story, and they squander it for some reason.

2:06:29 "He stopped fighting Thawne... that's why Thawne exploded" it's insane how a quote like this is normal for this show

Gotta "Love" how they spend majority of s9 saying "SHES NOT CAITLIN! SHES NOT CAITLIN!", only for the "payoff' at the end to be "Great job Not-Catlin, now you get to be Caitlin again". Like what the actual fuck.
