  They just moved back to the UK. Looks like she&apos;s finally had enough of US media ignoring her and is willing to go back to the wolves. Bad press is still press for someone like her.

  As an elder millennial, let me tell you there is <b>no way</b> she didn’t know at least something about the royal family. We grew up with Princess Diana, and when she passed we were in our early teens/tweens, and every girl loved the Princes, especially William, and they were all over the place. There’s no way she could escape that.

  As a Black woman, I find Meghan Markle to be dishonest and manipulative. Accusing the Royal Family of racism felt like a convenient exit strategy, launched right when racial tensions in America were running high post-George Floyd, seemingly assuming that Americans—and Black Americans in particular—would blindly buy into it. The reality of how she was treated directly contradicts her claims. The institution bent over backwards for her: she was the first fiancée ever invited to spend Christmas at Sandringham before marriage (a privilege not even extended to Kate Middleton), and she was given a noble title, access to historic royal jewelry, a multimillion-dollar state wedding, and a magnificent home once fit for Romanov royalty. If that is what passes for racism, sign me up.<br>​It is telling that she has not raised these claims since the Oprah interview, and Prince Harry himself later walked it back in a high-profile interview, saying that they never actually accused the family of racism. The real issue was never bigotry; it was frustration over not being allowed to live like a billionaire, treat staff like crap, and commercialize a royal title in America. Now that the Hollywood hustle hasn&apos;t delivered the mega-wealth they expected, the strategy has shifted to trying to get the King to fund their lifestyle by using the grandchildren as leverage. Enforcing basic royal protocols—like a dress code requiring pantyhose—is not racism, and equating minor grievances with true systemic oppression is an &nbsp;insult to the real, historical suffering of our ancestors.

  Meghan is not just a Black woman, she’s also half white. She went to a private school and university paid for by her white father. She is lowkey a nepo baby because her father is an award winning BTS artist in the industry. She grew up on the sets of Married With Children. She had the access that most can only dream of.
