I want to be honest with you about something before you comment. <br> <br>This was the hardest verdict I have ever put on camera. I did not say what I said lightly. <br> <br>My verdict is my personal opinion, not a court judgment, not an official finding. It is where the available evidence leads me after going through every official report, every piece of physical evidence, and every credible analysis I could find after weeks of research and years of following the accident. <br> <br>If you disagree with my read, I genuinely welcome that. <br> <br>And if the remains are found and the final investigation report, whenever or if ever it comes, changes the picture, I will come back and say so publicly.

One crucial piece of information, the captains voice when checking in with ATC. The first time he sounded calm, the second time he sounded busy or distracted. He also checked in twice in a few minutes which isn’t usually normal. This was either a cry for help, or an act to make it seem like everything was okay.

As an avid flight simmer, all I can ask is, 'Why would you go to the trouble of building a hardware flight sim computer, still be a working pilot, and delete your flight logs, and then the entire Flight Simulator software?'. It's a pain to reinstall, MSFS2020 hadn't been released, so he wasn't upgrading, and you'd probably only do it if you were immediately reinstalling it because of issues. It's a dead giveaway for me. He'd have a related collection of add-ons and mods too. No one does that. I've also never decided to load up a flight to just randomly fly into nowhere. I've always had a destination in mind, even if I didn't complete it, and landing is often the highlight of the flight. The data and the deleted sim is the smoking gun. If I was on a jury, this would definitely make me certain. It's a somwhat expensive hobby, and investing in a hardware setup means your serious about it. It's not normal behaviour at all. It was the Captain and the aircraft is at the bottom of the sea, where he flew it, because he knew it would be almost impossible to find.

The FBI withholding critical information, now there is a surprise. The fact that all of the location finding systems on a civilian plane can be shut off with a flick of a switch is astonishing.

As unusual and baffling as this is it would not be the only case of a pilot of a commercial jet killing himself and all of the passengers.

I was in KL for A330 recurrent simulator training when MH370 disappeared. A bunch of us were billeted at the Sama Sama Hotel, which was the center of all the MH370 media activity. A reporter from AP approached a group of us and asked for our opinion of what happened. We were all in civilian clothing but those guys can smell a pilot for a mile away. We politely told him that we did not have enough information to form an opinion. He approached us a few more times during out stay. We always preempted him by asking what new information he had. But from the very first day, I was 100% certain that the disappearance was the result of a deliberate act by someone who knew how to fly a B777. Over time, I have come to the same conclusion that you have.
