just a note at least with carnival i learned that while as the vid states in the first point of the vid the package is usable there are a couple details. you use the bar code on your onboarding paperwork til you get your card when rooms open, and you have to tell the bartenders that you have the package, as well the cc was technically both correct and incorrect about 0 charge ....drinks when first on board are still charge " state sale tax to your account until the ship reaches international waters

As Diamond plus on Royal Caribbean, I get 7 free drinks a day, so no need for a drink package.

We routinely cruise on Norwegian CL. The only coffee bar I have seen is a Starbucks, which charges separate the drink package.

You should know what you've paid for🤔. Plus there's two different packages. At least it was for the ship, I just cruised with. I got my money worth. My package was 199.00. If you wait until the last minute to purchase your package. It's much more expensive.

On quantum now. Guy at bar has no drinks package. Then buys drink. Tips in cash. So he paid 18% plus $2. Idiot.
