Full disclosure:

Steve Coonts and I literally wrote The Book about Thanh Hoa Bridge. Read (i.e. buy!) "The Dragon's Jaw: An Epic Story of Courage and Tenacity in Vietnam." Hachette 2019.

We consulted US and Vietnamese archives--the JCS absolutely-positively prohibited B-52s on the bridge. Too much risk to civilians and um other personnel (read: Chinese, Russian, etc). So the video's claim that Buffs were involved is unsupported.
So is the Cunningham-Driscoll mission, contrary to the narration, NOWHERE near Thanh Hoa (I knew Duke and Willy plus CAG and others on the mission. The actual target was POL and a rail target at Hai Duong.)

The late-great Snuffy Smith was a terrific source--he actually did what the video mentions.
