  It’s about time. Tired  of them hitting on me thinking they can  get a benefit. Playing games with emotion only to trap you marry them. No thanks  do not need to sponsor anyone claiming they love me.

  I used a preparer which I regret, she told me she was a lawyer, she didn’t submit any evidence, only the marriage certificate but we celebrate our first year and we have a lot of evidence and we are bonfide and know each other very well.

  I just went to my marriage based green card interview and got approved on the spot. It was not hard, having joint bank accounts, tax returns and medical insurance together was a blessing. We had a binder full of evidence and pictures of our Relationship. So if you’re preparing for your interview, just get ready with your evidence and be ready for the questions about meeting each other, engagement and marriage.

  There is an age gap in mine, but we are christian & we have screenshots, pictures together, pictures with family, plane ticket proof, bus tickets from his country, hotel proof, documents we obtained for marriage, wedding attire, posts on social media, & much more...i stayed with him and his family for almost 5 months

  My husband and I have our interview March 3rd, and he was approved for his EAD 2 days after his biometrics on October 2nd and they sent a card 1 week later for there to be an error on their end. We sent it back and it took 2 months for them to investigate that it was an error on them and they approved the new one in December. Well these people kept telling us production is down and to wait another month and at the beginning of the month when I called they said it was waking the full 90 days and to be patient. I told them we need the EAD for a social security number so we can open an account and I can file my taxes. They don’t care. I just don’t know what to say if they ask about not having a joint account.

  They live in same house and working or having businesses together, don’t mean that they’re real married!

  do you have any advice or recommendation for someone who is in the process of getting someone to the United States?<br><br>They are currently in the Dominican Republic, but they are from Haiti. <br>The Haitian embassy is closed and they are unable to get green cards. <br><br>They are attempting to go to Mexico to establish citizenship there and maybe they can apply for a green card to the United States.
