  This is why I wear an eyemask. It can&apos;t kill me if I can&apos;t see it<br><br>Edit: I know the game is about sleep paralysis, but I meant this more about horrors in general. I have a fear of the dark and I often hallucinate seeing things in shadows which is why an eye mask helps me as it is all visual whereas I can imagine sleep paralysis is not.

  Bro, I can only imagine how fucking terrifying sleep paralysis would be for someone who suffers with psychosis or schizophrenia. Like, not only do you have hallucinations when you’re awake, but also at night when you’re in a half awake half asleep state. That would seriously be awful. If anyone with both see this, does your psychosis have any effect on your sleep paralysis or somehow make it more intense?
