The coward narcissist told me that I never apologized. I replied, "Why should I apologize for something I didn't do. I'm just saying that I'm responding to your crooked manipulation. Do you think I don't know it. I know, you're manipulating me. I'm not born yesterday, not to understand who you are. He kept quiet.

I know all the red flags now after dealing with a narcissist for about 7-8 months. I'm good now 😂😂😂

Thanks great video and very thoughtful. How on earth I dealt with one of these cranks for years is beyond me but I did it and more importantly, I dealt with it ❤😊

After 22 years my male 74 y/o partner monkey branched into a new monogamous relationship with a woman 23 years younger who moved from her country a few years before. She has no close friends or family, just him. From my perspective he infantilizes her and is condescending. He pays for everything...I'm very independent and quite the opposite. It makes me wonder how we lasted so long. Ours didn't always seem like a true partnership with mutual respect. I wasn't demanding and accepted some mildly disrespectful behavior (eg: grooming issues). I did catch him in lies and questioned him because this was very important to me. His new arrangement seems to be a match made in heaven for both of them. Still I find myself feeling sorry for her. He can be quite attentive and harming at times...and manipulative.

Saw through it after many repeated cycles and told her when i went no contact exactly what I knew. Stayed no contact for a year. We are back together (loosely) on terms and with boundaries which suit me. I have told her we can split for good or keep in touch for occasional hook ups - I'm not bothered either way and have no emotional input this time. Have told her this arrangement should suit her fine because I'm asking nothing of her. Very early days and I'm not sure how what is thinking about this. Bottom line is I have taken back control
