I am a huge fan of your channel and love your narration. Just wanted to say I really appreciate the work. You’ve done on this episode adding more pictures that have more context to what you are saying great job.

My family was friends with John Ringling here in Sarasota back in the day. We have been here since 1870. I have a picture of Ringling, my great great grandfather and a bunch of guys after they came back from a fishing trip.

We young teenagers helped to set up the tents and take care of the animals for tickets to the circus 🎪. A one or two tenter was amazing. I learnt to catch on the trapeze and other functions of the circus.

His mansion on the water in Florida is a must see. Also the huge museum grounds.

This is a very compelling story and video; you did a marvelous job with it!

Thank you for the period pictures and video. More so, thank you for the modern-day photos of Ca'd'Zan in Sarasota. The John and Mabel Ringling property is actually five museums on one property: the mansion, the two circus museums, the art gallery, and the lovely garden and grounds of the estate.

The Ringling Museum of Art rivals that of many metropolitan art museums.

All of them tourists covered with oil come to Sarasota for the beaches. Yet, the John and Mable Ringling Museum is well worth a visit to actually see what your video so wonderfully depicts.

Kudos to you!

As a child in the 70s I remember watching the Ringling Bros circus on TV shows. As a mom in the early 2000s we lived in a house facing the RR tracks. Once a year the Ringling circus train would pass by, and you could see animals and performers passing by. Sad that it's gone. My youngest child will never go to a circus.

Great narration and research. Very informative. But what are these visuals? Most of them have nothing to do with the story.
