住んでから、庭は変えられます。分譲地の外構リフォーム（目隠し壁/タイルテラス/パーゴラ）

This time, we're featuring our channel's first ever "exterior remodeling (regardening)" project! The house is located in a Toyota Home development in northern Toyota City. Regardening is about bringing to life the "I want to change this" ideas that you discover after living in the house. We'll explain the ingenuity unique to remodeling, from the Grand Art Wall gate wall that hides the view from the front door, to the tiled terrace with a pergola that was created by replacing the existing wooden deck, and the concept of "making the most of what you have." Don't miss the playful touches tailored to the cat-loving homeowner, such as the "cat paw print steps" and "cat-shaped water tap." This is a must-see for anyone considering garden remodeling or remodeling.
