My baby brother was heavy. In high school he was big, but he said the day he got weighed during wrestling try outs and he saw 300 it scared him and he got in shape. Dude is in better shape than me now, 40 years later. Idk how anyone can see themselves getting bigger and bigger and not stop. That's crazy.
