When you're poison lay down. But if you're in shelter and you're still getting damaged make sure to check your health bar above it should tell you what you have let me tell you a few things if you're poisoned your stamina drains quicker if you have necropoison you can't use your abilities you have to lie down to speed the process up but remember when you lay down you take more damage than sitting down and when you sit down you take more damage then standing up be careful about that make sure you hide in small places or places you can fit in but if the creatures smaller than you you're pretty much cooked but it have less health than you because the bigger you are the Less damage you take it matters about weight if a creature is smaller than you it's weaker than you but if the creatures bigger runaway cuz you won't stand a chance the bigger the creature the easier it will kill you if you're playing as a sea aquatic be careful of the bigger aquatics same thing happened so you're welcome if you're too lazy to read all this then I'm sorry I'm just trying to help you one more thing on the top of your screen you will see a map click on it it will show you everything beside the map if you didn't click on it when a disasters happening a tent will turn green I could be wrong oh well above it it shows you if it's night time or daytime blow the tent I believe it shows something I forgot what it was    the way it turns green is because you're in shelter so make sure you lay down ok that's all I got to say if you're reading all this thank you this took me a long time to make I just want to help someone that doesn't know how the game works I know he knows the game but I'm just being nice bye.  👍
