  This is one reason why I left graduate school.  They seemed to just focus on solving more and more difficult mathematical problems rather than considering what is actually going on.  It was no longer interesting.

  I&apos;ve been telling people this in my own far less sophisticated way: Mathematical models are &quot;tools&quot; we use to constrain the implications of our ideas about reality (I mean, in regard to science) into channels of precise logical implications. This is because math is a language used to define, and built on defining, ideas in a logically precise manner - for the very purpose of using it to draw out what the logical implications are.<br><br>However, empirical observations ALWAYS trump mathematical models. It&apos;s always a &quot;one-way&quot; process: Mathematical models don&apos;t - can&apos;t - revise reality. It is always reality itself that dictates what reality is, and it is always our empirical observations of reality that are used to scrutinize, evaluate, and revise any and every mathematical model.

  This video poses a fundamental question which I have often considered. &nbsp;To what extent do our physics theories tell us what is really happening, and to what extent are they clever mathematical artifices that describe observed behavior? &nbsp;And, is there a difference?

  Field is a label of a collective quantities of something often distributed in 2D and or 3D. <br><br>Example - corn field, rise field, mine field, (electric force) field, (magnetic force) field. <br><br>Analogy: <br>Wind farm, wind field, an object standing inside it will intercept, interact and experiencing a force. <br><br>Intruding into a mine field will experience ourselves being blown up.<br><br>Two conditions to enable electric force field, hence force acting at a distant, in space. <br><br>(1) flooding the space with an electric medium ε₀. <br>(2) the medium must be attached with the force source carrier, which is the matter. <br><br>Two field state and conditions. <br>(1) convergent field lines. (Line of sight away from deep space, towards a point.)<br>(2) divergent field lines. (Line of sight into deep space in all directions.)

  Maths too is an approximation as probability or probability distribution possibilities .<br>That is why we have constants added to most of the equations
