  I&apos;ve heard that the Quran is fractal in nature. I imagine that the order of the Quran&apos;s message is specifically tuned to our psychology, such that one who reads it regularly at a deliberate and mindful pace will be drawn to the teachings more deeply than with other orderings. <br><br>Another piece I&apos;ve found is that because the Quran isn&apos;t always immediately clear in terms of its context and chronology, it almost forces those who are curious to actually go out and LEARN that stuff. It&apos;s not a book I read and go &quot;Oh, I get it&quot;. It&apos;s a book I read and go &quot;Oh, wow, I&apos;m starting to get it... But I&apos;m still not quite there&quot;. It calls me to actually go out and learn about various interpretations, various commentaries, and various approaches.<br><br>In my opinion, it&apos;s an ordering that calls us to seek deeper understanding, rather than simply giving us the impression that we understand it without the concepts actually being fully digested within our hearts. <br><br>It&apos;s a book designed to be read over and over and over, and in such a sense, a chronological ordering would allow for less &quot;replayability&quot;. We would be able to easily predict what God is asking us to reflect on next. But in the style of the Quran as it stands today unless one has taken the time to memorize it, you will always come away with a new surprise of Gods revelation. Something you didn&apos;t remember from a previous reading. A new insight that you may have glanced over if the Quran was comfortably chronological, you instead pause upon, and reflect. <br><br>In my opinion, it&apos;s not a book meant to understand intellectually (although it is also that), but it is rather a book to understand spiritually. And this spiritual understanding requires an entirely different approach than the ways that typical stories are presented.<br><br>One last piece... By putting them in this order, it helps to truly showcase how interconnected all of the teachings are. It doesn&apos;t let you get stuck with one aspect of Islam, and forget about the others. You must confront it&apos;s interconnectedness always. It&apos;s an interconnectedness in relation to itself, it&apos;s an interconnectedness in relation to you, and it&apos;s an interconnectedness in relation to God. <br><br>It&apos;s a powerful ordering and is surely among &nbsp;His signs.

  One benefit is the constant combination of multiple topics and reminders being presented to the reader. This eliminates the issue of forgetting what was mentioned in previous chapters when a book is written in chronological order.

  All praise be to Allah, who has revealed “ and certainly we have made the word to have many connections for their sake so that they may be mindful “( <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUzv5TPZQbM&amp;t=1731">28:51</a>) also speaking of mindful, that is alluding, to the think further , as mentioned in several other places, also it speaks of “ to have a comprehensive knowledge of the book “,( also) “ to search out knowledge “ , yet again, it also requires us to “ Seek knowledge “ By way of “ read “( hq) ( think, uses wisdom, and it stress on “ men of learning “ also “ right thinking men “( hq)

  i love dr shabir ally’s honesty, many blind faithfuls would never say the Quran is only so many pages long and can only cover so many things (limited)
