  Talking about eggs, eggs are one of the healthiest things you can eat. We've be told cholesterol is bad but the padding of out brain, the myelin, is almost 100% cholesterol.

  As a Louisiana woman who also loves to fish. This video is spot on. I mean, they even got the size of the mosquitoes correct. <br> <br>Also, my family and I live on a chicken farm, that at peak production, we get over 3000 eggs per house, and we have six houses. Sooooo.... we cook A LOT of eggs. And the reason I&apos;m saying all of this is because when I cook eggs for my family of four... I use about ten eggs. And fun fact about the eggs I use when cooking, they have two yolks. My plate of breakfast usually looks like two to three eggs, three pieces of bacon, a couple sausage links, a bagel with cream cheese, and a hash brown. XD

  2 is enough for an omelette, as I just made one before starting this video, using two eggs. It&apos;s advice to use 2-3 eggs for an omelette
