  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSRaAcF5Ip4&amp;t=577">9:37</a> The station is legally in Switzerland, not in Germany (but it is managed by DB InfraGo, and considered as a German train station on a pure fare point of view). If you exit the station, you&apos;ll pass through Swiss customs office, the German customs office (located on the opposite side of the corridor) is for people entering the station and going to Germany.

  Pillows are ridicolus but in all i find Nighjet acceptable. Prices vary. In January i paid 60 Euro from München to Roma in a mini cabin. And i did not have any interail. So that was full price.

  My guess is the train got diverted in Germany, and then didn&apos;t have a good path in Switzerland fitting the different timings through Germany --&gt; diverted via interregio line. <br>There&apos;s major fuckery going on near offenburg, so I guess the nightjet just randomly got told by the Germans that their slot between Basel and Offenburg no longer existed (hence the hour-long wait there)

  At least you made it on the train. I got stranded overnight at Salzburg station. No station staff. Phone line rang out. Left to fend for myself. After spending the whole night on the station in the hope the train might actually show, I rebooked for the 5am service into Germany.

  I once had a sleeper train cancelled. No hotel. I was allowed to sleep in the train till 5 am. Then trying to get a refund was horrific.

  I lived in Zürich for most of my life. I’ve seen you go to Zürich Hauptbahnhof so many times, but never from it, so this was a nice change of pace!

  The NJ serving as an Interregio is everey sunday. So if you were traveling on a sunday. The departure at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSRaAcF5Ip4&amp;t=1319">21:59</a> is not normal, but yeah

  Since a couple of months this coaches are not running anymore on this route.<br>Now running ÖBB Comfort-Line sleeping cars at this route.
