Will you be growing ranunculus this year? Did you pick up any tips or tricks from this video? 🌸

Sarah Raven gives the tip that to discourage mice from eating her sweet peas, she pre-soaks them in a liquid seaweed solution at the same strength you would use for watering. Apparently, the mice dont like the smell/taste. You could give it a try with your ranunculus claws and see if you find it helps.

Wow I can see why they are regarding as "difficult"....lots of details for temperature, soil, pests, light ... not just plant and water.

I've been coming back to this video again and again. I had great success with my Ranunculus last year, of course I'm following your advice again this year 😊

Grew about 30 corms last year and they were so beautiful so this year have 100. Thank you for a video on the whole process which is so helpful. Have subscribed

Such a great video. I tried growing them 2 years ago and some critter ate 600 corms. I skipped a year and this season I have 200 planted so far and another 50 pre-sprouting. I'm a bit shy of these since my previous experience but fingers crossed for blooms this year. They are such a beautiful flowers. One of my favs!

This has such helpful information, especially for the temperatures, thank you! I grow in USDA Zone 9, and it's a shame that local stores sell the corms in the spring, when it's already above 60F. We're kinda just set up for failure... In the fall I will definitely buy the corms online instead so I can get a better headstart!

This is the best video on Ranunculus I have seen! Thank you this is super helpful! I do have mice on my property so knowing they love to eat Ranunculus is really good for me to know. How do they do in the wind that's. I have to start them in Spring due to my growing zone.
