Thanks for watching! This is the comment I'll use to keep track of any mistakes in the video.

1. The "b > a" and "a < b" things should really have absolute values around "a" and "b", as we only actually care about the magnitude of each component.
2. 19:48 it should read (Mv)^\top (Mw), not (Mv)^\top (Mv).
3. <more to be found>

Actually the best intro to relativity I've ever watched.

I'm really beginning to understand that physics is just real life magic. This shit is absolutely incomprehensible

"which is exactly what we'll need for our ray tracing here" oh yeah, that's what the video was about

    Only one question... Huh?

I want to make a simulation like this myself but every video I watch about them reminds me how I don't know enough yet in a new and exciting way

I'm really happy you got this video out Aditya! I only have cursory knowledge of Minkowski shit so it's fun to see how it gets more advanced. (In particular I love the realization at 18:00 that the self-dot-product's sign categorizes all vectors into spacelike, timelike, and lightlike, that's really fascinating)

Alongside ScienceClic, this has got to be one of the most intuitive ways to visualize relativity

I'm doing a special relativity course and I had some homework for it due tomorrow. Deciding to watch this video at 3AM instead of sleeping helped me understand the math and graphs a bit more intuitively and I think I got through the work a lot quicker than I would've otherwise! Awesome stuff

Hands down the coolest video on relativistic maths I've ever seen! All other videos just talk about the equations and what tensors mean, you actually used them 🤯

Absolutely brilliant! Holy crap!

This is probably one the most well-visualized relativity videos I’ve seen on YouTube. ScienceClic, Dialect, Kuvina, Imagining Physics, and Carykh have a new competitor in the relativistic visualization industry. You just earned my subscription.
