Defendant SHOCKS Court After Resisting Arrest — Judge Fleischer ORDERS ANKLE MONITOR!

Judge David Fleischer handles a packed bond docket featuring resisting arrest, DWI, drug possession, weapon charges, reckless driving, theft, and indecent exposure matters. Several defendants receive strict bond conditions, while two DWI cases raise questions about whether probable cause was established. Mr. Jenkins faces a resisting-arrest charge stemming from a March 2, 2025 incident involving an altercation outside a bar. The officer's account described Jenkins punching a man, kicking toward his head, and later resisting officers during the handcuffing process. Judge Fleischer found probable cause and imposed an ankle monitor, curfew, location restriction, no-contact order, weapons restriction, and alcohol/drug restrictions. The docket also features Courtney Bird, whose reckless-driving case involved an alleged speed above 130 mph and a loaded semi-automatic firearm found during an inventory search. Another notable hearing involves Mr. Gurley, where defense counsel challenges the officer's account using dash-camera footage. The session also includes DWI cases, a failure-to-appear warrant, a controlled-substance case, an unlawful weapon case, theft and drug-related allegations, an occupational-license matter, and an indecent-exposure case. Watch until the end for the judge's strongest warnings and courtroom decisions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ New courtroom footage dropped daily.
