  My working theory is that Anna has the most severe case of body dysphoria ever recorded in that she sees herself as WAY smaller than she actually is. Like if she ever lost weight she would be in shock at the extent of her weight blindness.

  Hi Melina! 🖤 I just wanted to share that a few days ago I finally made it into the overweight category after being class 1 obese for most of my adult life. I’m over halfway to my goal weight - only 25lbs left! Thank you for being a constant positive influence and helping me hold myself accountable.

  I was 258 pounds this time last year and now I’m down to 205, only a few pounds away from being in the 100s. I haven’t been under 200 pounds since 8th/9th grade so this is a huge accomplishment for me! Your videos help me stay motivated and on track, thank you for what you do!

  I think she&apos;s still wearing her compression clothing under everything because they make her look much slimmer. There was an era in my life when I needed to wear medical grade compression tights under my uniform to prevent thrombosis, and holy shit. They magic&apos;d away more than one whole size, and I was very fit and athletic, so you wouldn&apos;t expect lots of fat to be squished away. I genuinely think she might&apos;ve noticed the difference in her silhouette and prefer the compressed version of herself.
