  This is one of the pieces of dsp lore that always makes my brain collapse into a mix of anger, laughter and confusion. Why he trades-in games without the boxes at the store? It&apos;s such a douchy fking move. And then there is the absolute humiliating move of throwing the empty boxes at his fans (and complaining about the shipping.)<br>It&apos;s like giving 40 cents to charity and bragging about it.

  I&apos;m trying to figure out how someone not claiming their prize for a giveaway would get you so upset that you start being toxic to them? Maybe they decided they didn&apos;t want the game? Maybe they got busy? Maybe, God forbid, something happened to them and they were in an accident? Why would you get mad over that at all? It&apos;s such a stoopid thing to get mad over, instead of just &quot;Sorry, dood, you missed the claim window, I&apos;m going to redraw and give it to somebody else.&quot; and moving on? Good lord Phil is such a toxic POS.

  Good lord, he really thought people would try to fraudulently get extra raffle tickets in his raffle for an empty game case. &nbsp;The delusions started a lot earlier than I thought.

  It&apos;s crazy to me how he was saying &quot;Hardcore Gaming Season&quot; all the way back then, Phil really never changes<br>Edit: not going to lie, I&apos;d love that Fallout New Vegas collector&apos;s edition set

  I can&apos;t state enough how much of a braindead consumer you need to be to continue buying special/&apos;collector&apos; editions of games WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY trading in the game disks. He really thought the gravy train was going to continue on forever back then.

  He gave away trash and saw no problem with that. Literal trash. &quot;It doesn&apos;t have the game disc. I sold that year&apos;s ago.&quot; Years ago! So I just won an empty collector&apos;s edition box for a game that&apos;s several years old? Hype!! I wonder if anybody kept that garbage and if it has any intrinsic value as a part of DSP history. After all, ALT is a Phil Burnell internet slueth/historian.

  Him having to re give away those games slightly reminds me of how today’s problem. He doesn’t have enough viewers to accept “claim” 500 gifted memberships. Meerkat was right, oic didn’t set up the bots to accept them

  It&apos;s honestly insulting how Phil would straight up say &quot;I don&apos;t want this and I can&apos;t sell it for anything, so I will give it away.&quot; I can&apos;t think of another creator I&apos;ve ever seen say something like that.<br><br>Did he ever actually just buy something with the primary purpose of giving it away to fans?
