This shows why the car-buying process is broke. Teddy was willing to make a deal, the sales manager wouldn't, and GSM wanted to make a deal. So many step just to buy a car at a fair price.

If the TOP level manager is reading this, TEDDY needs to be promoted. You can tell how genuine and professional he is and if I was buying a Honda, he's the one I would go to and that sales manager needs to be fired. Didn't even get his facts right before hanging up on a real buyer. You can't fix stupid. Imagine how many deals they have lost because of that incompetent sales manager? 🤮🤮
