  Someday, I remember something Daigo once said on stream.<br>At the time, he was playing Dark Souls for the first time, and he kept getting beaten, even by the very first enemy.<br>He wasn’t used to the game, and his controls were shaky.<br><br>After getting defeated around ten times, he quietly muttered,<br>“You know, when I first started fighting games, it was just like this.”<br><br>He said it so casually.<br>But I still can’t forget those words.<br><br>Daigo isn’t a genius. He’s someone who worked for everything he has.<br>He’s like a boy who never betrayed what he loved.<br><br>That’s why people respect him and recognize him.<br>It’s not just because he’s strong.<br>He’s a man who embodies what it means to sincerely devote yourself to one thing as a person.<br><br>Even if he loses this first-to-ten, my respect for him won’t waver in the slightest.

  I saw a 7 car pile up on the side of the highway while driving to my weekly SF6 local. They were all huddled around one person’s phone. Not sure what they were watching though.

  Thank you for posting the video. There isn’t even a Japanese video that explains Daigo’s past achievements and the background of his ft10 match with MenaRD in such a detailed and easy-to- grasp way.<br>I came to the US from Japan to study abroad and I’ve never felt so glad that I’ve learned English so far. I’m happy to see that culture I love is spreading around the world, and that my hype for this match isn’t just mine or Japan’s, but shared globally. And you helped to do so.

  The simple reason why people fear the Beast in FT10 is his consistency and fortitude to fight every single round in the set like it&apos;s his first one. Worse, once he&apos;s played you long enough in a single set he has your FAQ downloaded, memorized, and labbed out in his head. FGC champions can be great for three rounds. Daigo stays good for nineteen.
