  It annoys me that Agent does not understand the government systems. I&apos;m like 90% sure that the city&apos;s government works the same way as the national government where if the President dies, or something happens to them, then the vice at the time becomes the President. Snow was vice and since crane betrayed the city, and snow was not involved in his affairs, the same case applies where Snow becomes the Mayor. Even before that, the sheriff is just an enforcer of the government so Snow is Bigby&apos;s boss even if Crane was there.
