When I first watched this video, I was like, “Kai, why are you saving that delicious shrimp tempura instead of eating it with your udon?!”<br>But in the end, it all made sense!<br>You’re a genius at making food even more delicious with your own twists😆

in my country, Marugame Udon is a luxury dining because it's expensive.

Thank you for showing me how to eat udon. I just came back to Singapore after a 20-day trip to Japan. I ate at Marugame 2 times but I didn't know about kamaage udon. I also did not know about the toppings. Thank you very much for showing me all the various combinations. And I like the last part the best - cleaning the table. That is why I truly and sincerely respect the Japanese people. With much love from Singapore.

I JUST REALIZED WHY THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR. we have one of these in hawai’i and it’s so good :) it’s just as cheap too!! i had no idea it was a chain!!
