  Outstanding review, I ordered one because of this. I’m a 54yo dad and I want the workout and the torque sensor makes you use your legs.

  I have the tdz2 which i built during covid using a Trek and i have now covered 6000 miles with no problem

  Bought a Trek Marlin 7 Gen3 last year together with my wife, she’s going for a E-bike this year but I want to hold on to the Marlin. Will try to fit this kit and hope for the best that it goes along with the sram shifter and 12 speed cassette🥳

  Really good review.🎉<br>I still think a shift sensor is a good idea if you want to maximise the longevity of your drivetrain.

  I&apos;m heavily considering getting one of these kits. I have an old Giant ATX.2 gathering dust that I want to make powered for getting around remote trails when back country hunting.

  Hi nice video and explains a lot really nicely. <br>My other half installed the TSDZ8 on his hybrid bike with the 52 volt battery and the same controller you have. &nbsp;He finds it really good for hills and getting out the way of traffic easier.<br>He is now going to get the same kit for his mountain bike so we will see what its actually like off road , though I don&apos;t think there will be any disappointments 😂

  Is that an old Trek Dual Sport that still had suspension?<br>That&apos;s really cool!<br>I also prefer a torque sensor kit due to the control and traction it has on the ground especially in traffic and wet conditions<br>And coming across such kit makes it perfect for shipping overseas without the hassle of shipping an entire e-bike with its battery so that it can be mounted on any analog bicycle including a Trek Roscoe!<br>Would be amazing to have a 29er MTB chassis with 150mm of suspension travel that can go 30mph to easily keep up with cars and motorcycles on the highway of a 3rd world country!<br>That will far surpass the torque and power of the flagship Trek Rail eMTB!

  I have 1 in a Voodoo hoodoo frame. It dose around 40mph max with 42V 20aph battery. The throttle won&apos;t get you to that speed so you need to use the pedal assistance. Also it won&apos;t get out off my local dean. That hill is just to steep &amp; it stops around 10ft from the top. Good effort though &amp; I would still recommend the Tongsheng 48V 750 Mid Drive Motor Kits TSDZ8. I am planing to upgrade to a 60V battery soon to see if it can make the bank in the dean soon. I do recommend the shift sensor. Someone at work change my gears while locked up in the bike shed. The result was my chain being snapped something I hear happening often because you peddle to change gears. Anyway i would highly recommend keeping a second chain in your repair kit.

  I&apos;ve had one for about a year and a half now. I&apos;ve done a couple of thousand miles on it with no issues. I did need to cinch up the bottom bracket after about 1000 miles. It&apos;s a great piece of kit! :)
