  Look up for entire line&apos;s AP performance on Shiptools, only Julio has the DD fuse time (0.010s) while the rest has 0.030s. They did buff armor threshold a while ago but didn&apos;t mention fuse time buff anywhere. They only buff the F key and other stuff.<br><br>What I mean is Julio seems overbuff because the AP can full pen against DD and superstructure. While the rest of line seems struggling with overpen. I think it&apos;s fine for that insane reload and AP buff F key if it would overpen more on other DD and must aim at the hull of other ships rather than superstructure farming. It feels very intentionally broken for Julio as a bait for early access...

  i stopped playing WOWS after CV rework, but i still watch you, flambass and jingles, sometimes flamu too... have fun
