"I don't want any of that smoke to get on her..." Shout out Rob for mentioning how good this line is. What an absolutely perfect movie.

In Chinese culture, red ink is considered bad luck, them only having red ink literally foreshadowed their bad night

Sammie's a conjurer. His vocal skills transcend the past, present and the future. That's why Remmick wanted Sammie.

It brought tears to my eyes when Smoke was trying to roll his cigarette but couldn't because his tremors were so bad. Then it hit me, Stack always rolled his cigarettes.

The score is once in a generation. Blues, country, rock, hip hop, gospel, operatic, and even almost heavy metal?! It is crazy.

Fun fact: the scene in the car when Delta Slim started singing was improvised. Preacher boy being a newby actor didn’t know what to do so when Stack says are you going to sit there or play something was really Michael telling Miles to start playing. I love that little detail. Cause nobody broke character. I know this was a great experience for Miles being around so many greats
