As an employee there's not a lot you can do unless you want to lose your job but as for the dinner party guests forbidden to leave before Princess Margaret they must have been a bunch of bloody sycophants. Who would really want to be associated with someone with so little regard for her fellow human beings?

Margaret was born at a time when aristocracy and titles still meant something. As time went on and Britain moved from an aristocracy to a meritocracy where even the royal family pull their weight, Margaret didn’t. She was never educated or encouraged to pursue her natural talents. Instead she became a rich lazy woman. When the hard living took its toll on her looks and her health she died a bitter woman. She really had no interests other than herself
