  Stephen Fry is an inspiration to me. I was diagnosed with type 1 bipolar when I was 18. It took a LOOOOOONG time to get things stable, but I thought my life was over. I was completely unable to control my mind, I was in a psychiatric hospital more than my own house at one point too. <br><br>It was Stephen who showed me that not only is it possible to control my mental health with the right medications, but it&apos;s also possible to have a job and life too. <br><br>When I was 27 I had been stable for long enough that I was discharged from the mental health team and my GP took over things. Today, I have a wonderful life. Completely stable mental health, 2 beautiful children and the most loving wife I could wish for. I would have given up in my youth if it wasn&apos;t for him.

  Calling Sir Stephen fry a Twat! to his face after that text, I literally spat my tea out over my damn iPad..lol I was listening through my headphones so I had to replay for the wife so she didn’t think I was going crazy.. &nbsp;I havnt laughed like that in a long time. Bravo. 👏🏻 😂
