I like John wicks past being mythological, a prequel could dampen that.

When John builds OWN GUN, direct homage to the classic 1966 spaghetti Western The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. In that film, the character Tuco (played by Eli Wallach) visits a gunsmith shop, takes apart several different revolvers, and meticulously listens to the timing of the cylinders to assemble one perfect, custom handgun.

Parabellum means "prepare for war" in Latin, also a type of ammunition.

There is some gossip about animated prequel being made (focusing on the impossible task). I mean, John Wick is Keanu - he would be impossible to recast and you can't seriously ask a guy in his 60s to play a guy in his 40s - he already aged a decade during what, a week or two?😂 Honestly, I don't feel as much pressure for them to make it. I kinda love that there's this unspoken legend looming over this whole story. If they have a good idea then fantastic, but the main problem with that story is that it really has to live up to that legend.

The continental terrace is a side extension, not the main building roof - hence only falling 5-6 stories (people irl have survived worse including parachute failures if their fall was broken)....?

Please watch Ballerina as well. Fantastic and underrated movie. Ana de Armes is amazing.

Winston didn't betray John, he purposely shot him in his suit which was bullet proof and took the risk that John would fall correctly and live, it was the only way to keep his power which will help John get to the high table
