The girls prepare a whole lamb, carefully cutting the meat into pieces for a rich and flavorful Persian Gheymeh stew 🍖🔥. Local rice is cleaned by hand 🍚, and all ingredients are prepared with patience, teamwork, and care. ⸻ Grandma’s Traditional Cooking Wisdom 👵🌿 One of the most beautiful moments of the day is watching Grandma prepare her special spice mixture. With her hardworking hands, she grinds aromatic spices inside an old clay bowl using a stone tool 🪨🌿 — a traditional method passed down through generations. These simple old techniques bring the unforgettable taste of grandmother’s cooking to the village meal. ⸻ Daily Rural Life Continues: Even on this busy cooking day, village routines continue. The girls feed sheep with fresh grass 🐑🌿 and give grains to chickens, chicks, and turkeys 🐔🦃. Freshly cut grass is carefully stored under the wooden village house roof to dry naturally and become food for animals in the future 🌾🏡. They also carry firewood from the forest on their shoulders 🌲🔥 — a difficult but important part of traditional village cooking. ⸻ What We’re Cooking Today: 🍲 Traditional Persian Gheymeh Stew 🍖 Whole lamb cooked slowly over fire 🍚 Local village rice The food is cooked slowly over a wood fire, filling the village with the warm aroma of traditional Persian cooking 🔥✨ After hours of teamwork, the prepared meals are shared among all villagers — spreading kindness, love, and unity 🍽️💚 ⸻ This video is more than cooking — it is a story of generosity, village traditions, family teamwork, and the beautiful spirit of helping each other.
