  Pretty sure lungs can be installed on either side when you take them out. The resulting item is just 'lung' not 'right lung'.

  You can, in fact, stick a right lung where the left lung is supposed to be.<br>Rimrim doesn&apos;t take it into account, same is true for kidneys.

  I missed your rim content. This is great. I&apos;d love to see more of this run. I can never get the time to sit down and play the game, and when I do I&apos;m horrible at it. So this is living vicariously.
