"When I was a real developer... Before AI" - I love this. I used to be one of those too.

I love the /wayfinder skill. However, I did notice one thing: you get the map—which you then work through—relatively quickly. At the same time, /wayfinder immediately determines which tickets can be processed in parallel. I’d be a bit cautious about that. I once had a situation where I was working on two "Grilling" tickets simultaneously. At one point during a grilling session, I was asked a question that I had essentially just answered in the other session. I find it a bit "risky" when the map is so rigidly structured right from the start. Sometimes, discussions within a ticket reveal that other tickets might be obsolete or that the map isn't complete yet. That’s why my current approach is to handle one ticket at a time—it gives me better control over the map.

One other small thing came up yesterday: I had a `/prototype` ticket and had the agent work on it. It built a great UI prototype with three variations for me. However, it immediately decided which variation to use and closed the ticket. I brought this up and said that I wanted to make that decision myself. Perhaps the skill is missing a clear instruction stating that the user should make the decision regarding the prototype.

I think you should name your skills as verbs instead of nouns. Much easier/quick for me to tell claude code "/wayfind our way to this goal' rather than 'use the /wayfinder skill to get us to this goal'. Your /grill-me skill already follows that pattern. I'm telling the harness to do a thing for me. /grill-me about x idea or whatver.

besides all of that, I love your skills repo. been using them pretty heavily for a few months now. thanks for being a part of moving this community forward!

I've been following you for two weeks now, and every skill I've picked up along the way, whether it's Grilling or Teach, has at least doubled my efficiency and productivity. And this skill right here is definitely the ultimate one yet.

12:20 This is exactly what I need, and potentially a killer tool for ADHD folks like me who struggle to get started on big, nebulous things!

This skill is a must for me now, I just love this. Even made an entire project out of it, which if I managed just myself would have taken much longer with more issues I am sure.

I can’t wait to test this out! I’ve been manually doing this process for nearly 2 decades :D

Build small throw away prototypes to remove the fog/ambiguity. “Check the Christmas lights before throwing them onto the house”

Have been using your skills along building a heavily domain oriented platform completely solo for past 4/5 months. Cannot express the extent to which this skill in particular has changed the game. Especially as majority of the concepts/modules are in a domain I'm not massively familiar with, allows me to build 90% of them. Then, through sharing consultant question docs that i've built throughout a map,, the domain expert answers these and I can complete the rest; sometimes without even needing their input with research tickets.

Thank you 🙏🙏
