Digresses a bit in places with lengthy discussions, e g talking about different accents when in context of Peter's speech when being challenged about being from Galilee and denying Christ again, also e.g, after the cock crowed when Peter went out wept bitterly, etc. Felt in this context perhaps something about how fear can affect our actions and decisions, including self preservation and denial especially when faced in dangerous situations and persecution in relation to holding on to faith or taking the easy path of appeasement for self preservation. This could be relevant to include for learning in this scenario as Jesus was persecuted but he remained steadfast, alone, having being betrayed, abandoned and denied by his disciples as he had prophesied. <br>This matter is relevant to apply to many christians in daily lives as well as the millions facing daily persecution round the world , and for those who fall or backslide for any reason. And how God is faithful and does not abandon us although we abandon or grieve him. This is mentioned the previous session.<br>Towards the end, for application the pastor discusses about Christians blending in with the world, invisible , to be comfortable and not having to be challenged about their faith. <br>The series is very good and pastor very knowledgeable only the last two digressed a bit off topic.
