The hotel should be held accountable for doing the illegal way of cleaning the bed sheets with pesticides.

Be cautious, it  happens all over the world! In November of 2025 a Family of 4 died in a hotel in Istanbul from the same causes: phosphine gas used to combat bed bugs. They were visiting from Germany and it was a big story in Europe.

As a Brazilian, recently an investigation was launched which the police discovered that several bar in Brasil (mainly in São Paulo) where altering their drinks with metanol to cut costs (some peoplehave died)....year this is a world wide problem
